This cuff comes in two sizes SML and MED when ordering. 

To find your size measure your wrist with a piece of string then lay it flat next to a ruler. if you have a wrist that is 150mm or smaller then you will be a small and if slightly larger then you are a medium.

The cuff is very strong so if you need to adjust it to make it smaller you can gently squeeze it to your wrist.

Cuff comes in a Matt finish.
